Rang to cancel & was told would only get 25% back if I cancelled even though had only paid the 15% deposit at that stage. Expected to lose the deposit but not to be charged further. Will not use again."

"It was meant to be meet and greet at the Leeds-Bradford airport, but instead I had to call an automated service on arrival, which I immediately disliked. The automated service had a few options, but none of them worked, having tried them more than a dozen times. Called the other number from email booking, but no response. After a few more calls I actually left a voicemail with my number, and fortunately I got a call back, and the operator called the taxi company, and 15 mins later I was on my way to the hotel. So it ended well, but I wasted 45 minutes, arrived late night in York, and couldn't even find a place to eat as it was too late. Note, when booking, the booking site gives out the order to local companies, who in turn subcontract it. I don't mind waiting 5 minutes (althrough I travel frequently to London and Liverpool, and the car always waits for me when I arrive, so this experience was disappointing, especially the uncertainty if I'm going to get a cab at all. Anyway, the system is in place, it would have been 5 star if it was on time or with the briefest moment of waiting (which there should not be as it was meant to be meet and greet). "
